Anna LinOn the day of the haul, the workers were prompt and on time. The three of them worked quickly and were very considerate and respectful of my belongings. They even helped to disassemble some items that were nailed to the garage walls because I was pregnant and couldn’t do it myself. I valued their professionalism and everyone was very cheerful for an 8:30am job.
I found their prices very reasonable and fair. I have used junk removal Groupons in the past in hopes of saving money. But you cannot double up on the Groupon, and after the first 250lbs of junk removal, they charge you a pretty high rate. Plus, they give you a 4 hour window of when they will come, so there pretty much goes your entire day.
That’s why I decided this time around I would just hire a company like Keen on Green to dispose of everything. And at an exact time too, so it wouldn’t interfere with the rest of my day. I would definitely hire them again in the future and recommend them to friends and family, although I hope I will never accumulate as much junk as I did in the past!
